2026 Coupons and Commitments

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through several important administrative updates at the National level. Your national officers continue to work on issues of importance to you, our faithful and dedicated stewards and chapters.

We have communicated previously that we are transitioning to a new banking institution. The logistics involved have proven to be more complex than initially anticipated. We must make sure your commitments get received and documented correctly, so we need to take the extra time to ensure that happens.

Here is the important information you need now:

January, February, March, and April, 2026, commitments will follow our original commitment lockbox system, consistent with our prior years’ practices. You will soon be receiving a coupon book to be used for January through April commitments. Please note that the January through April coupons will only be valid until June 15, 2026.

Please disregard our previous November 13, 2025, communication regarding chapter email addresses. We hope to move to online commitments in the future, but at this time, new Gmail email addresses and online payment requirements are not necessary and are not active.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and ask that we all proceed with grace as we navigate this transition thoughtfully and responsibly. Your patience and understanding are deeply appreciated.
