Please attach the completed Excel form and send it by email to:
membership@philoptochos.org, and please include your chapter number, parish name, and city and state in the Subject of the email.
If you need assistance, please contact your Metropolis President or the National Office at 212.977.7770 and Ext. 201. If you do not have access to a computer, please ask another Philoptochos steward or a fellow parishioner for their assistance.
*Although the primary enrollment period for Chapter Membership is the first quarter of the calendar year, membership is an ongoing process of welcoming back past members and recruiting new members. Please feel free to use the following resource tool for increasing membership.
