Membership Cards -- PDF Format -- Microsoft Word Format
To print membership cards use Avery business card paper stock 10 per page.
(Some printers may center the cards and not print properly when using PDF format. Use Microsoft Word fromat version instead.)
Here are two examples:
- For InkJet Printer - Avery Number 8876 Ivory, Package of 200.
- For Laser Printer or Copier - Avery Number 5876 Ivory, Package of 200.
