Dear Chapter President,
We congratulate you on assuming the office of Philoptochos President for your Chapter and wish you every success for your two-year term.
The National Philoptochos Public Relations Committee has set a goal to establish technology systems that support timely communication with our Philoptochos Chapters, parishes and the greater community at large.
Our first task is to compile the email address of each Philoptochos Chapter President nationwide so that we may organize a "Chapter Presidents’ List Serve". This mode of communication will provide instant information to better serve you in your position, such as mailings, notices, press releases and other important documents.
We will launch the Chapter Presidents’ List Serve in November and ask that you forward the information requested below to the National Philoptochos office by October 26th.
If you do not have an email address at this time, you may provide another email such as your Church, your Vice President, or other officer or a family member, where you will be able to access the documents sent to you and copy them for your files. You may also inquire with Yahoo.com or AOL.com to establish an email for yourself.
Look for regular updates on technology services in the coming weeks.
